With this puffer, Terry aimed to create a true statement piece—something to act as an accent within an otherwise understated outfit. Normally, Blackmerle’s pieces are designed to harmonize, with no single item as a single point of focus, but this piece is different. To achieve this stand-out quality, Terry chose a faded green palette, which is unusual for Blackmerle, but complements their signature blacks and greys.
